I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is located just a short 3-minute walk from the ski lift, making it super convenient for a day on the slopes. The rooms were nicely decorated in a rustic style and very comfortable, though I would have preferred a bit more space. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, enhancing my experience. One downside was the dining; the breakfast options were rather limited, which was disappointing.

The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk to the ski lift, which was great after a long day skiing. However, I felt the sidewalks could have been better cleared during heavy snowfall.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel, enjoying a spacious room with stunning views of the slopes. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. While the dining experience wasn't perfect, with some issues in trying to order cooked items, the breakfast spread was decent. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the ski lift, though the paths could use better upkeep after heavy snow. Overall, it was good value for money.

My stay was generally enjoyable, with the hotel in a fantastic location only a short walk to the ski lift. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully designed, but I did find the dining options a bit limited. The staff was friendly and helpful, although one encounter was less than ideal. Overall, it was a great spot for skiing, but there is room for improvement in the dining experience.

The dining experience was one of the weaker points. While the continental breakfast spread was decent, the options for cooked food were quite limited and a bit of a hassle to order.

The facilities were satisfactory, though I expected a bit more in terms of amenities. The hot tub could have been heated better for relaxation after skiing.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which felt almost like a cozy home with its warm atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, and I appreciated the family-friendly layout. However, the service could be a bit inconsistent, and the dining experience left something to be desired with its limited choices. Overall, for the price, it was a good value, but there's definitely room for improvement in some areas.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious, featuring a small apartment vibe with a sitting area and a loft with bunk beds, perfect for families. The traditional wooden walls and quality furnishings added a nice touch, but I think a few upgrades could enhance the comfort even further.
Service

While there were some friendly staff members, I felt that others could be a bit unfriendly at times. They were always available when we needed assistance, which was appreciated, but I expected a slightly warmer approach overall.
Location

The location was quite nice, with a very homely vibe thanks to the two fires going almost all the time. It felt welcoming and cozy, making it a pleasant place to relax after a day of activities.

The hotel offers a wonderful stay in a cozy, chalet-like environment. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The service staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. However, I found the dining options to be somewhat lacking, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, it’s a great place for a relaxing getaway, especially due to its proximity to the ski lifts.
